How to use:
Randomly select a card each day and follow the action outlined on the card. Building the habit of making positive choices each day will help you lead a more fulfilling and happier life.
The box contains 45 cards in a playing card size covering the following 5 categories:
Kindness – every time you do something kind it releases feel good hormones, thereby increasing energy and happiness and decreasing anxiety, stress and blood pressure. Each Kindness card has a different action you can take that will offer kindness towards the outside world.
Ritual – building positive rituals into your daily life can be incredibly beneficial to your wellbeing, helping you to slow down and be more mindful. Each Ritual card has a different short activity that can be incorporated into your daily routine.
Gratitude – take a moment to stop and appreciate what makes you happy. Gratitude cards will remind you to be thankful for the little things to improve overall happiness, self esteem and resilience. Each card holds a different gratitude exercise to practise daily.
Journal – keeping a journal is a powerful way to reflect on how you are living and what you could be doing differently. The Journal cards include a number of questions to help you dig deep and work out any changes you may need to make.
Reflection – take 10 minutes of your day to reflect on the quote on your chosen card. Focus on how the words could apply to your life in the present and how you can use the meaning behind the words to improve your circumstances.
